On October 3, 2006 Oddball Protocol OK'd their inclusion in the archive.org

"I am with a band called Oddball Protocol from Minneapolis, MN (www.oddballprotocol.com). We would like to allow our music to be archived. Sound board or audience recordings are allowed. We are a realtively new band, no album yet. The only question we have is regarding copyright. Our original music has no copyright legally, is there any risk that our work can be "ripped-off"? We just would like to know if the material contained in these recording remains the property of the band, even though the recordings will be considered public domain.

Thanks,
Marty Bement
